Part Time Assistant Onsite Manager needed for Federal Way office
The main functions include:
Answering phones, scanning, filing, ordering supplies, and homeowner inquiries
Assistance in maintaining multiple databases
Assist in general upkeep of office and tidying
Assist in mailings
Assist in community events, attend occasional after hours events
Greeting new residents
Potential to grow into full-time position.
Regular hours are 9:00 AM-4:00 PM with lunch 12-1, Tuesday-Friday
Pay is $17.50/hour Currently offering a $750.00 sign-on bonus!
