- Communicate with homeowners on behalf of the Board of Directors
- Keep up with laws and court cases which may effect homeowners
- Work with the Board to initiate a committee process within the Association to afford owners the opportunity for direct participation.
- Provide owner lists from TRW (Assessor's Records)
- Maintain association WebPages with current financial information
Accounting Services
- Maintain operating and reserve accounts with signature cards and bank reconciliations
- Pay invoices in a timely manner
- Provide monthly financial statements for operating and reserve accounts
- Collect assessments and delinquencies.
- Work with a Board-approved attorney on collections.
- Handle payroll and taxes for onsite managers
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget
- Work with auditor for annual tax and audit preparations
